ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Ticket Sales : The public ballot for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 ticket sales is now live, open until February 7, 2024. Scheduled from June 1 to June 29, the 2024 edition is set to be the largest-ever T20 World Cup, featuring 55 matches across nine cities – three in the USA and six in the Caribbean.
Fans can apply for tickets, starting at US $6, via tickets.t20worldcup.com. To ensure fairness, the ICC has implemented a public ticket ballot system, providing all applicants within the seven-day window an equal chance of obtaining tickets. Each fan can apply for up to six tickets per match and for as many matches as desired during the ballot period.
Chris Tetley, ICC Head of Events, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “The ticket ballot process will give all fans from across the world an equal opportunity to get their hands on tickets…Don’t miss the chance to be a part of the biggest Men’s T20 World Cup ever.”
With over 260,000 tickets available, the pricing aims to remain accessible, starting at $6 and going up to $25. Following the ballot, any remaining tickets will be available for general sale on February 22 at tickets.t20worldcup.com.
Successful applicants will receive notifications regarding secured matches and provided with payment links. Unpaid tickets will return to the general pool for first-come, first-served sale.
Confirmed match starting times are available, with the semi-finals in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana adjusted for suitable travel time for progressing teams.
